This web site was put together as a way to collect and disseminate pieces of history and information regarding the Tuite family by Peter Tuite. It is not an authoritative and by no means comprehensive historical document. Much of the history refers directly to one line of the family which, over the centuries, split into many branches.

Please do not contact me with questions about your specific family – I will not be able to answer them! I am not a researcher and have only the same tools you do available to me (the internet and libraries). If you have something that really is historical or an unusual life story that is of interest to others with the same family name then contact me otherwise to trace your own family it is better to post your questions to the Tuite Family Ancestry board:
